Cancellations become effective on
the date a written notice is received in our
office via fax or e-mail, during regular business
hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If a refund
is due according to our cancellation
policy, it will be paid back accordingly through
PayPal or in cash.
Should you Need to Cancel:
Reservations for one night
are non refundable.
Cancellations made at least
29 days prior to booking date will result in a
cancellation fee 10% of the deposit.
Cancellations which occur
7 to 28 days prior to the booking date
will result in a cancellation fee 30% of the total reservation.
Cancellations made seven days
or less prior to the booking date are
non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for
an early check-out or late check-in.
General Information
Premature departure from
accommodation or return of vehicle will be treated as forfeited
cancellation and no refunds will be administered,
unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
All clients are strongly urged to take out adequate
traveler's insurance coverage to protect themselves
against cancellation due to illness, flight
cancellations, or emergencies.
