Cancellation policy Banda Inns

Cancellations become effective on the date a written notice is received in our office via fax or e-mail, during regular business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If a refund is due according to our cancellation policy, it will be paid back through bank, PayPal or in cash.

Should you need to cancel any room booking, safari trip or car hire service:

• Reservations for one night accommodation are non refundable.

• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to booking date will result in a cancellation fee 10% of the deposit.

• Cancellations which occur 10 to 29 days prior to the booking date will result in a cancellation fee 30% of the total reservation.

• Cancellations made nine days or less prior to the booking date are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be made for an early check-out or late check-in.

General Information

Premature departure from accommodation, return from safari trip or return of vehicle will be treated as forfeited cancellation and no refunds will be administered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. All clients are strongly urged to take out adequate traveler's insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness, flight cancellations, or emergencies.
